Alright lets see who can get the most winners, and see if anyone can go 8 for 8. Who do you like in the first round, and in how many games for extra bragging rights

Nobody is considering the fact that Ottawa has a 11-2-1 record at MSG (since the lockout) and are 3-1 against the Rangers this season?

I really am starting to believe that there is something in the water here in Pittsburgh that makes everyone here have an obstinate adherence to contrarianism. You predicted every series, but one will end in upset and I don't think many people even consider St. Louis to be a big favorite over San Jose. What gives?

I am not big on the D core of San Jose and Pittsburgh, one of the reasons I don't like them to move on.
Ottawa has had Rangers numbers all year, I can see Torts bitching about Neil alot and there will be fights in this series. Neil and Rupp should fight a few times.
I can see LA beating up Vancouver. Sutter already made mention about you have be rough against the Nucks. I don't see them having an answer for that.

For SJ it all comes down to Niemi. He's been horrible but has Cup experience so we'll see. I'll stick to the West.
Van in 7 (I hope the Kings win - Quick needs to steal a couple)
SJ in 5 (HOMER!)
Pho in 7 (they're hot right now)
Nash in 6 (it's their turn)
Cup: Pitt vs Nashville

I hate calling the totalities of games because in the playoffs momentums can swing on a single play.
NYR v OTT - NYR in 6
BOS v WSH - BOS in 7 (Which WAS team shows up? Could be good series.)
FLA v NJD - NJD in 5 (FLA has made a lot of improvement, but I just don't think they can pull it off.)
PIT v PHI - PIT in 7
VAN v LAK - LA in 7 (homer call, sure, but if Kings get Carter back, and Quick stands on his head they could be tough.)
STL v SJS - STL in 5 (Blues won season series 4-0)
PHO v CHI - CHI in 6 (M. Smith has shown a tendency to fall apart in the past, and has had injury problems, but has played great so far. So here is another pick that might fall apart.)
NSH v DET - NAS in 5 (NSH is this years darkhorse IMO)
