We may have an unfair advantage on Philly. You have a ton of colleges and University's in Boston or around Boston. Your college age demographic are more likely to engage in binge/heavy drinking. The college kids, the locals (same age group) converging on the city to let loose. A lot of people in the area in that late 20's early 30's, who finished school and found work in the area still out drinking and socializing.
