Saw it at the theater last night , it was ok , good enough but a little long . Some dragged out parts especially with his Dad. 2.75 out of 4. Another couple came late and took seats directly to my right, 20 something yr old chick repeated all the punchlines aloud .

Some very funny bits, and many aspects of the film were EXTREMELY spot-on in terms of what married life for 40 year olds with kids is like on the Westside of L.A.
It just dragged on too long.

Yeah the movie was way too long and not as funny as I was hoping. Rudd is good, but Leslie Mann to me just doesn't come off as comedy/funny, more annoying and boring.
Liked the cameo appearances from the 4 Flyers and when Lappy took out his fake teeth and Megan Fox put them in her mouth! He must have loved that moment. She said in the movie that she made out with him but they never showed it so obviously didn't happen. They had an actor play one of the hockey players trying to pick up Leslie Mann in a one on one scene.

I saw it with my wife, and she liked it a lot more than me. Leslie Mann's character just annoys me. She annoyed me in Knocked Up and she bothered me here. I understand its a character, but considering her husband is the writer, I just wonder if there is more too it and if she really is such an emasculating nag.
There were a few funny scenes and it was an alright film overall, in fact, I think I preferred it over Knocked Up. For whatever reason, I have come to dislike Seth Rogen as an actor and the combo of him and Mann was too much for me. Paul Rudd is always good though.

The part of the trailer in the hotel room when Rudd says their is a large rodent in the room and then Mann crawls by made me cringe. I am just getting tired of the Apatow/Rudd/Rogan/Mann combo.

I always get Rogen and Segal confused. Segal was the guy in Sarah Marshall and Rogen's sllezy/flirty friend in Knocked Up, right?
They seem to take turns playing the same character type, they justy trade every other movie.
