Friend of mine from one of the auctions that I work at who knows I'm into hockey gave me an article that he printed out of a book or magazine about an old time hockey played named "Smokey" Harris The Iron Man of Hockey who played for the San Francisco Rangers. Here's a list of this guys injuries during his career:

nose broken 7 times
jaw broken 4 times
ribs broken 14 times
both knees broken
Maybe they should have called him The Bionic man instead of the Iron Man!
