Thanks gents! Holy moly, what a long day!
MrsRogue tried to go the distance without the meds and was making it like a trooper, but his heart rate was starting to drop during contractions, so they rushed what wound up being a long cesarean. Everyone is happy and healthy and doing fine.
Daddy is a very happy camper.
