Saw a trailer for the new Die Hard during the previews for Djagno. Looks really good.
With this, Django, Zero Dark Thirty, it's looking like it'll be a much better year for movies.

I've noticed a lot of "R" ratings as well. Comedies, dramas, action. About time they made some more "inspired" movies.

A new Die Hard? Is it Bruce Willis fighting for his life on life support and fighting his family not to pull the plug? Or is it fighting the staff at the nursing home?

That's some funny shit.
Actually though, Willis was good in Looper. With the success of the Expendables and its sequel, all these 80's action stars are getting their own movies this year.

I like Bruce Willis but damn he's too old for this shit(Lethal Weapon) but "Yippee Ki-Yay Motherfucker, I Just Shit Myself" didn't really work to get my point across.

I agree, the older guys' roles have to be "adjusted". Looper wasn't really an all out action movie, and he was good for that role.
The thing is, these guys still draw at the box office. All of us who were in our teens in the 80's and are now in our 40's must want to reminisce. Between these old guys and all the 80's remakes, its pretty easy I guess.

Yeah, it does. Arnold has one opening soon too, that one looks like something I'll catch on cable.

LMAO! I can't remember how old my daughter was, maybe 14 or 15 months, but she fell down the stairs on my watch. I got to her just in time to see her tumble over backwards. She looked up at me like Hans when he fell out the window. I felt like the worst dad ever.

No shit. I think I was more damaged than she was. Then I got the inevitable question from everyone, "weren't you watching her?" Yeah I was watching her, I was watching her fall down the goddamn stairs.

Lol she's ok in spite of my bad parenting. I mentioned the Hans look to my wife a couple months later watching Die Hard. She wasn't amused.
