While that's obviously "dreamy", it's certainly a nice thought.
Maybe if they Leafs wind up with 30 injured forwards...

I hope it's wrong, liked having him on the pens. But it's tough to say how much teams will be playing tough guys this year. Pens still have Engelland so thats not too bad.

Doesn't seem to be any truth to the rumor and he can't be claimed yet anyway as it's a 48 hour waiver window. Many players were waived this morning and to be awarded Tuesday morning if claimed.
The only thing I could see that's true is the Leafs are one team that put a claim in for him and have to wait till Tuesday to see?
If this is true, Orr must be done/out of shape/or they found a team who will give future consids for him.

Who are the main guys? Leafs are so poor on talent, Orr should be protecting Orr and not these slabs..

Yeah don't think the Leafs can keep him and send him to the Marlies if they claim him on waivers.
He would have to remain on their main roster or else PIT can and will claim him back, and send him back down to Wilkes-Barre.

Perhaps Orr is part of a Luongo deal as Vancouver is desperate for toughness and the Leafs may be looking to unload Orr's salary if they are going to be taking on Louongo's. MacIntyre is even more intimidating and comes at a cheaper price.
