Sweet fight! Fight fans got paid.
Wish they showed a freakin replay.
Both throw some big shots. Did look like Orr may have caught Big John and he went down.

Great showing for Orr. Loved seeing ACC erupt and Orr getting huge props for taking on Scott.
Was also cool seeing both coaches watching replay intentley on scoreboard. Just wish they showed it on TV.

It looks like it was a body punch by Orr that put him down. It wasn't a slip by Scott. It's also possible he hurt his hand on his last punch and bailed. It wasn't a punch to the head that dropped him, however.

I have no idea how Scott hit the ice? Weird forsure, as it didn't look like any punch came close to his head/face? Some here saying body shot, but I will wait for replay. I'm just glad Orr survived, lol.

Colton Orr vs John Scott:

Just a couple minutes into the Leafs home opener and the two heavyweights are on the ice together. There was a delayed call as Patrick Kaleta had taken a penalty an in the ensuing milling about both heavyweights decide to drop the gloves. They get in tight quickly and Orr tries a right that comes up short. Scott has the longer reach and throws two left jersey jabs, than a right that misses than Orr throws one right that comes up short and connects flush with a beauty. Scott isn't fazed and lands a right simultaneously. Orr shakes off his elbow pad and Scott lands another left and another left that blocks Orr's attempt at a right. They both try rights that miss and grapple a bit and jockey for position. Scott than tries to shake his own elbow pad off and while he's loading up for a big right, Orr throws a massive body shot that lands on Scott and puts the big man down.
