Maybe my eyes played tricks on me but hopefully Capital fans(or anybody else) knows this.
Do the Capitals have some huge block leters on their glass -like an advertisement or something? I checked the score and it looked like it - behind the goal.
The reason I'm asking is because if I paid money to go see a game and had to sit behind that I'd be furious. It would have to obstruct some fans viewing. We pay too much money for seats for a franchise to have advertisements get in the way of watching the game. It's complete bullshit.

Come to think of it, I've been wondering about the yellow first down markers in football. Amazing how quickly they erase and spray paint that sucker after plays!

Fellas, I don't mind ribbing at all but in this case I don't think I deserve any. I'm not talking about an obvious holohasgram like first down yellow lines that dissapear before the ball is hiked.
The advertisement was there behind the net while play was going on and didn't dissapear. Maybe it is computer generated but no other team in the league has that on their broadcasts.

The Stars have it on theirs and it changes each period or you could be right and the Caps thought "Fuck those guys that pay all that money to sit there. FUCK THEM RIGHT IN THE ASS!!"

Cool, if the stars have it too then that's what it is for sure. I had never seen it before so I thought they were just greedy assholes.

I think the NYR were the first ones to do this either last year or the year before. I remember watching a game in the middle of the season and all of a sudden it was there and on every game afterwards

I like the RED or ORANGE line on the football field that shows you where the broadcast think the kicker's range max's out at! LOL I guess they go by his career max and factor average into it?
