Didn't the Sabres start 10-0 a few years ago? That was awesome.
Congrats to the Hawks. That's something you might've expected from a team with Gretzky or Lemieux, but in today's NHL that's a huge surprise.

All signs are pointing to it.
Especially if they get Helm and Filppula back for Sunday. Reports are iffy for both. They finally got Franzen back.
Helm being injured all year has really hurt the Wings. His speed gives the Wings a different dimension/look. A perfect third line center.

THat game last night was awesome, a couple of fights, three posts in the third by both teams. There had to been about five a side. Two lead changes, both teams could have been up about two goals as teams missed some great scoring chances. You had to credit the goalies too for the close game. They seem to have the resolve of their Cup year maybe not as gritty, taking away Ladd loses a ton of it. THeir talent maybe be better with Stalhberg, Frolik, Bickell, Shaw, Saad, Oduya, Leddy all coming into his own.

I was in 8th grade when the flyers went unbeaten in 79-80 for 35 straight games. Every game was fun to watch. Havent seen this team play a whole game yet, just some here and there, but the chemistry seems awesome.
