There's some pretty damn good prospects on that list. For assistant coaching positions and the broadcast booth.

I gotta believe that Glass will sign somewhere based on his performance for the Rangers last year.
Where's the money Lebowski?

Glass and Neil are probably the two guys left I'm most curious about. I think Neil has one more year left in him.
I see Blue! . . . He looks glorious!

So the Pens traded for Reaves and then signed Tinordi and Sestito? Is this some alternate universe

I don't think anyone will bring Neil in, but Glass damn well better get a job. He's a pretty good player and is willing to do anything for a teammate.

Adam Pardy is a fighter?

I guess everyone would be considered a fighter today.

Neil is 38 years old. Glass is only 33.

Also, did Alex Gallant sign in Tampa?

Yes he did. I don't think they'll ever call him up though. They signed Leblond last year for Syracuse. I think they're doing the same with Gallant.

Chris Neil will now likely retire. He said he has 1 more year left in him, but only for Sens. Sens told him officially they will not offer him a contract. He made $1.5 mil last season, and was after $900K to $1 mil for this season.

Guy Boucher was the one who did not want Chris Neil back of course. Neil said Boucher didn't even give him a chance last year to show he can contribute more in other areas. Boucher not a tough guy's coach. Boucher wants speed and tight checking on 4th line to play his system, so more interested in signing Chris Kelly back.

If he retires, he is said to have a job waiting for him in the Sens organization, most likely in coaching capacity.

Glass is said to have one 2 way deal on table for just this season, with close to league min. salary. I have heard it's Detroit or Vancouver offering him the deal.

I assume he is holding out for a 1 way deal or a bit more money on a 2 way deal.

Worst case, much like Brandon Prust did in his last season, he will get a PTO/tryout with an NHL team and see if he can make it or get a contract somehow.

Contrary to what you say, Neil said he would test the market. Otherwise he would have announced his retirement by now, much like Shawn Thornton.

I'm interested in Boulton. Surely he must have a job with Bridgeport/NY Islanders with either coaching or scouting. He only played 2 games with Bridgeport last year and none with the Islanders. Much like Matt Carkner two seasons ago, who became a player/coach with Bridgeport, then retired and became an assistant with the team last season.

Ya he has tested the market the past 10 days without much of a sniff after he said he would only come back on the Sens. Thornton already had it planned that last seaons was his last and he will retire 100%.

You are correct on Boulton. I thought it was already announced he was coaching with Bridgeport? Not sure what capacity though, and not sure when he would announce his retirement.

Darren Dreger was saying ~10 days ago that Neil had "some good options to play next year."

Was that just Dreger helping a buddy out to get some interest?
