You are misconstruing the application of the first amendment.

Only the government can violate a person's first amendment rights.

There has to be "state action."

That is one reason I find FFR's crying and pearl clutching to be hilarious.

Rubio is a Senator, but tweeting Bible passages is not violating anyone's first amendment rights.

The second reason I find FFR's diaper dirtying to be comedy of the first order is that they apparently believe the first amendment stops after the establishment clause. They totally ignore what comes after the comma.

But...but...but...SEPARATION OF CHURCH AND STATE!

What a bunch of infants.

You're giving me way to much credit, I'm just trolling.

Rubio tweeted (his 1st amendment right)
FFR complained (their 1st amendment right)
Folks on FC complained about FFR complaining (also 1st amendment right))

Its all a lot of crying. The FFR are being a little over dramatic, but its their right. Or is it?

I'm a lawyer.

I argue for a living.

But I don't think the first amendment is implicated every time I open my pie hole.

My mind doesn't process everything as a "right."

Finding amusement when a group of atheists get all wound up over biblical quotes in a tweet is an example of me stating my opinion.

I don't have to rest on my first amendment rights to say so, primarily because the G is not in a position to punish me for it!

My point was that the pearl clutching atheists apparently don't understand how the first amendment works.

Here's one. A little while back a couple young agents in my office were negotiating an undercover buy of some synthetic party drug I never heard of through a social media site I'm not on.

I thought, well that's about it for me. I guess this job is passing me by.

Mark Ruffalo an ANTIFA supporter?

http://www.foxnews.com/entertainment/2017/09 /01/ma...

In a since-deleted tweet captured by Breitbart, Ruffalo said he is "marching because a central demand of this march is for Donald Trump to be removed from office following his statement supporting white supremacists and neo-Nazis."

What a doucher...

You're probably right. I went to NC and it was called Serius, or something like that in 1994. Luckily my card was valid there. I guess it was regional.

Peaty, I thought famous people don't matter. Why are you quoting Mark Ruffalo on a hockey fight site. Just giving him more press?

Are you kidding? I love out-of-touch, rich Hollywood elitists. They send middle America to the polls in droves. The RNC should cut them checks.

You still sucking up those liberal street cred points with daily anti-Trump FB posts? Liberal attention dollars... you're like a hungry vacuum, Chrissy.

You are so mad. It's damn cute. When things bother you, you post about them. You let Mark Ruffalo change your day. Those rich elitists you speak of won the previous two elections.

I'm mad? You're on FB EVERY day posting anti-Trump rhetoric. Bahahaha!

"Those rich elitists you speak of won the previous two elections."

Look at you taking credit for Obama's wins. I'd say wow... but we're all aware of your self-importance issues.

Will you take credit for his losses too, Chrissy Coattails?

Ahh the stats under Obama:

The grand total: a net loss of 1,042 state and federal Democratic posts, including congressional and state legislative seats, governorships and the presidency.

Democratic U.S. Senate seats fell from 55 to 46. Their share of the House plummeted from 256 seats to 194. Republicans still control both chambers going into the next session.

Democratic governerships also became a rarity during this eight-year period, slipping from 28 to 16.

The Obama years, which saw the rise of the Tea Party as well as a new movement form around Trump that is still being defined, coincided with a loss of 958 state legislative seats for Democrats.

SCOTUS too... let's not forget.

Thanks "rich elitists (I) speak of!"

You forget...they won the last one, too, because the average American can see through those bunch of dumb cunts.

Well, effiency is related to government spending. 10 trillion dollars of additional debt under Obama says your hero couldn't run a two hole shithouse without costing the tax payer millions. What a shocker that his personal budget is higher than all of there living Presidents by over $200,000! Efficiency at its best!

If Trump ENDS UP adding debt like Obama did, I'll absolutely consider him a dud. If he slows it down, I'll be happy. Can you imagine what Bernie would have done? We'd all be serving rice noodles to our Chinese mastas in less than four years.
