The silly banter between my brother from another mother, Irons, and myself in the music forum made me wonder what movies I've watched the most times in my life. Obviously I've never kept a running tally, but I would have to say Fast Times tops the list easily, followed by The Sandlot. Jaws probably ranks third, with Jaws 2, Youngblood, Roadhouse and Red Dawn vying for the 4-7 spots. I'm sure Star Wars films are up there too, as well as Boondock Saints, Goodfellas, and Gone Baby Gone.
Top 3 are definitely:
1. Fast Times
2. Sandlot
3. Jaws

Curious to see other lists.

Wow, got the wheels spinning here. Would be interesting if I had a movie viewed tracker like ITunes tracks the number of times I listen to a song....

Saving Private Ryan and The Big Lebowski are locks but after that it is really tough.

Full Metal Jacket
Star Wars (old enough to have actually watched this in the theaters when released)
Midway
Casino
Goodfellas
Where's the money Lebowski?

It has to be The Accountant. If I do gain "total enlightenment" and know instantly the answer to any question I would ask this. The last year I've seen this in its entirety all part of of it some 50 times, maybe more. It is a way to get over the grief of my doggers passing. Plus last year we almost lost our cat and he is now indoor and likes hanging out with me. We watch it on the couch when it is on HBO.

This movie has some great fight scenes. Also I am trying to figure if it makes sense as the time line is not linear. ***Spoiler Alert**** now I am thinking who had who killed? It must have been Lithgow's character having had his sister and best friend killed by the title character's younger brother. What gets me is the funeral of the mother had a lot of armed guards present, "by all accounts she lead an ordinary life."

The Empire Strikes Back (first VHS movie as a kid)
Star Wars (family had just gotten HBO and they played it over and over)
Dazed and Confused (college buddies loved it)
20,000 Leagues Under the Sea- loved Jules Verne as a kid
Swiss Family Robinson- some of those old Disney movies were great
Braveheart- took a while to realize how bad the story was, but action scenes and score were brilliant
Reservoir Dogs
